By creating an account or playing a game on Indus Games, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old — or older, if the age required to have a Google or Apple account or to agree to these terms in your country is higher — to use Indus Games. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use it.
You're responsible for keeping your Google/Apple sign-in secure. Each account is for one person — please don't share logins. We may suspend accounts used to cheat, harass other players, or abuse the service.
Biscuits are spent to play: starting a solo game or opening an online room costs biscuits. Every new account receives a one-time welcome gift of biscuits, and you can earn more by watching rewarded ads or inviting friends. Winning a game earns points for the leaderboard, not biscuits. Biscuits have no real-world monetary value, can't be exchanged for cash, and exist only to unlock in-game fun. Balances are tracked server-side and every change is recorded in an audit ledger — if a balance ever looks wrong, it can be traced and corrected.
Scores are checked server-side against what's actually possible for the time you played — a submission that couldn't legitimately happen gets rejected and flagged. Using bots, exploits, or modified clients to inflate scores or biscuits is not allowed and may result in a suspended account.
Be a good sport. Harassment, hate speech, or sharing inappropriate content in a room can get you removed from that room and, for repeat issues, suspended from the platform.
We work to keep Indus Games available, but games, rooms, or your biscuit balance may occasionally be unavailable during maintenance or an outage. We'll do our best to keep disruptions short.
We may update these terms as the platform grows. We'll note the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be highlighted the next time you open the app.
