Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google or Apple, our authentication provider (Clerk) shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us so we can create your Indus Games account. We never see or store your password — Clerk handles that entirely.

Beyond your account, we collect:

• Your chosen display name and avatar
• Gameplay data: scores, session timing, and which games you play
• Your biscuit (in-game currency) balance and transaction history
• Basic technical data (device type, app version) to keep the platform running smoothly

Strictly to run the platform: authenticating you, tracking scores and leaderboards fairly, crediting biscuits, and remembering your preferences. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising profiling.

When you create or join a room, other players in that room can see your display name and avatar. Room codes and match history are kept only long enough to run the match and record the result.

Indus Games is for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are under 13, please don't create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it and its data; if you think that has happened, email privacy@indusgames.app. Depending on where you live, players under 18 may need a parent or guardian's permission, and a parent or guardian can contact us at any time to review or delete a young player's data. We collect the minimum data needed to run the game and the ads we show are not personalised.

You can update your display name and avatar anytime from your Profile page. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, reach out using the contact details below — we'll respond within a reasonable time.
